1. Information We Collect

We collect account details such as your name, email, occupation and company. We also collect project data you create, along with basic usage and device information used to operate and improve the service.

When you submit an animation prompt, we save its text with your account and project, including attempts stopped by a generation limit or an error. These private records help us troubleshoot failed attempts and follow up about what you wanted to create. Prompt text is not included in visitor analytics or advertising events.

Analytics and marketing

We use a random browser identifier to connect visits, referral sources, campaign labels and product actions, such as opening an example, using the editor or starting checkout. After you sign in, we link this journey to your account and confirmed payments. We do not record your screen, keystrokes or prompt contents in visitor journeys.

Analytics and marketing are enabled automatically when you visit the site or use the app. We use Google Analytics, Meta and LinkedIn tags to measure visits and campaigns. These providers may use cookies and receive information about your visit; Meta may also receive account details for conversion matching.

Our visitor identifier expires after 90 days; first-party journey events are removed after 180 days. Deleting an account removes its linked visitor journeys.

2. How We Use Information

We use your information to provide the service, sync your projects, respond to support requests and improve product reliability and performance.

We also use account and project activity to send relevant onboarding help, animation completion notices, generation allowance reminders and personal follow-ups. You can stop these emails using the unsubscribe link. Account security and billing messages continue.

3. How We Share Information

We share data with trusted service providers that help us run the platform, such as hosting, authentication and analytics vendors. We do not sell your personal data.

ChatGPT connections

If you connect Animiotics to ChatGPT, ChatGPT can receive your account display information, animation titles, project links, previews and progress when requested. Prompts and edits you submit through ChatGPT are sent to Animiotics and processed as ordinary project requests. ChatGPT handles information it receives under OpenAI's terms and privacy policy.

The connection has its own permissions and credentials. You can revoke Animiotics access at Your ChatGPT connection. Revoking access stops future plugin requests. It does not delete your Animiotics projects or information already present in your ChatGPT conversations.

4. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can request deletion of your account data at any time.

5. Security

We use technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No system is 100 percent secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your Choices

You can update your profile information in the app settings. You can also request data access or deletion by contacting support. You can change your cookie choice with Cookie settings in the site footer.

7. International Transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. We take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.

We may update this policy as the service evolves. We will post the updated date at the top of this page.
