Terms of Service

These terms govern access to the Animiotics platform and services, including subscriptions, AI generation, cancellations and refunds.

Last updated: October 16, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

Animiotics is operated by Силвър Куийн ЕООД (Silver Queen Ltd.), a Bulgarian single-member limited liability company, company registration number (EIK) 206290637. Our registered office is 156 Cherni Vrah, floor 3, apartment 9, Triaditsa district, Sofia 1407, Bulgaria. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to this company.

By accessing or using Animiotics, creating an account, starting a trial, starting a paid subscription, using AI generation, exporting content or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Animiotics.

If you use Animiotics for an organization, lab, company, institution or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.

2. Service Availability

Animiotics is a digital software service for creating, editing, exporting and sharing 3D scientific scenes and animations. Features, plans, limits, pricing, supported models, supported file types, AI providers and integrations may change over time. We may modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the service as the platform evolves.

Changes to a paid service will respect the features and commitments in your order and applicable law. We will give advance notice of material changes affecting an existing paid contract and provide any required cancellation, continued-access or refund remedy. A feature or price marked as a preview is not an available paid offer.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old, or the legal age required in your jurisdiction, to use Animiotics. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account, including activity by team members, collaborators or anyone else who accesses the service through your account.

You must provide accurate account, billing and contact information and keep it current. We may use account logs, billing records, usage events and support communications to administer the service, investigate abuse, resolve billing issues and respond to payment disputes.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse Animiotics, attempt to access another user's data, bypass plan limits, interfere with the platform, reverse engineer protected components, scrape the service, use automated access without permission, upload unlawful content or upload content that violates third party rights.

5. Content, Ownership and Animation Licenses

You retain ownership of your projects, prompts, uploads, scenes, exported files and other content you submit to Animiotics. You grant Animiotics a limited license to host, process, render, transform, store, transmit and display your content solely as needed to provide, secure, troubleshoot and improve the service.

You are responsible for making sure you have the rights needed to upload and use any content, files, structures, models, images, prompts or other materials you submit.

Industry Solo, Team and Scale plans include a non-exclusive commercial-use license for animations created under the plan. You may reproduce, publish and distribute your exported animations for company websites, marketing, advertising, presentations, training and client deliverables. These usage rights for exported animations continue after your subscription ends. Creating new paid outputs and using paid service features requires an active plan. Enterprise license terms are set out in your agreed proposal.

This license covers rights Animiotics can grant. Third-party structures, models, images, music and other materials retain their own licenses and attribution requirements. It does not transfer ownership of the Animiotics software or grant exclusive rights over third-party content.

6. Plans, Credits and Billing

Some features are free or available during a trial. Paid plans provide additional capabilities such as higher limits, exports, sharing, collaboration, team administration, billing features and other plan-specific functionality. Unless we expressly say otherwise, AI 3D generation requires an active paid subscription and is not included in a free trial.

Before payment, your order identifies the plan, currency, total charge, billing interval, applicable taxes, credit allowance and relevant limits. Subscriptions renew at the disclosed interval until canceled. Annual prices expressed “per month” are monthly equivalents: the full annual amount is charged upfront. Monthly credit allowances refresh monthly even when the subscription is billed annually.

Credits measure your entitlement to specified processing within Animiotics. They are not money, a bank balance, an investment or a transferable payment instrument. They may not be sold, transferred between accounts or redeemed for cash, except where a monetary remedy is required under sections 9 and 10. Included edits are allowances for an existing animation, not cash or an entitlement to new scenes.

Credit expiry, rollover, top-up validity and any upgrade or downgrade adjustment must be disclosed in the applicable offer before purchase. We will not retroactively shorten purchased validity or impose an undisclosed expiry. Unused credits do not automatically create a cash refund entitlement. Promotional credits have no purchase price and are subject to the conditions disclosed with the promotion.

You authorize the recurring charges you accept at checkout and additional purchases or paid actions you specifically confirm. A credit balance does not authorize unlimited card charges or automatic top-ups. Any automatic top-up arrangement requires a separate opt-in and disclosed spending limit. A paid conversion from a trial begins and is charged on the terms shown before you confirm it. An active credit plan includes unlimited manual editing and manual animation creation; AI processing, cloud rendering, storage and simultaneous jobs remain subject to the applicable allowances.

7. Animation Generation, AI Edits and Rendering

AI generation is a paid digital capability that may use third party or hosted AI providers to process your prompts, images, scene context and uploaded files and return digital outputs such as models, assets, images, previews, scene elements or related metadata.

Each paid request identifies the work and its credit charge or spending limit before you confirm it. We may reserve the required credits while a request is queued. Reservation, uploading a file, opening the editor or submitting a request alone does not establish that paid processing was delivered. Processing begins when the accepted job starts using AI tokens, GPU time or other paid processing resources. Work beyond the accepted scope or spending limit requires a new authorization.

A generation is delivered when its agreed output is made available in your account, including the scene, animation, asset or render specified in the request. You do not have to download, publish, keep or use the output for delivery to occur. Deleting the output or account, choosing another take, or deciding not to publish does not reverse completed processing or restore consumed credits.

Each submitted AI prompt uses one generation from your shared monthly allowance, whether it creates a new animation or edits an existing one. There is no separate per-animation AI edit allowance. Manual editing uses no generations. Additional render costs, if applicable, are disclosed before confirmation. Unused generations expire at the monthly refresh and are not redeemable for cash.

AI outputs can be imperfect, inaccurate, incomplete, inconsistent or unsuitable for a particular scientific, educational, regulatory, clinical, publication or commercial use. You are responsible for reviewing, validating and editing AI outputs before relying on them or presenting them to others.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel renewal in Account settings under Payment Methods, through the billing portal or by contacting support. Ordinary subscription cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a statutory withdrawal, reverse completed generations or automatically refund the current monthly or annual period. Paid access continues to the end of the paid period unless you request an earlier termination, a statutory remedy applies, or access must be restricted for a documented security or contractual reason. Monthly credit grants on an annual plan continue during that remaining paid period.

Canceling a subscription does not delete your account or projects. If your subscription ends, paid features may be disabled or your workspace may become locked until you reactivate or move to an eligible plan.

Canceling a subscription is separate from canceling a generation. An unstarted job that is successfully canceled releases its reservation. Once paid processing begins, a stop request may not halt work already underway; only the previously disclosed, authorized work actually performed may be charged. We do not charge for an unstarted job simply because it was placed in a queue. Statutory withdrawal is addressed in section 10.

9. Refund Policy

9.1 Completed generations and consumed credits

Completed animation generations, AI edits and cloud renders are non-refundable for change of mind. Once the authorized processing has been performed and the agreed output delivered, its consumed credits will not be refunded or reinstated merely because you no longer want the result. Generation fees fund AI model tokens, GPU processing, rendering and related infrastructure costs incurred to carry out your request.

This rule applies to work you authorize and work authorized by users you permit to act for your account. It does not turn an unauthorized transaction into an authorized one. Payment of our provider costs does not remove a remedy required for non-delivery, defective performance, a billing error or a valid statutory withdrawal.

9.2 Change of mind and unused allowances

Outside the rights in section 10, we do not offer discretionary refunds or prorated refunds for subscription periods or credit purchases because you forgot to cancel, selected a clearly disclosed billing interval, did not use all credits, changed your project, deleted a file or prefer another aesthetic result. Subjective dissatisfaction alone is not a refund ground when the service meets the agreed description. This does not excuse a material defect or a result that fails the agreed requirements.

9.3 Failed jobs and billing corrections

Requests rejected before paid processing, including validation failures or insufficient credits, do not consume generation credits. For a confirmed platform or provider failure that prevents delivery, we release or restore the affected credits or included edit allowance, or provide an agreed retry without charging twice. An AI animation or AI edit that fails or reaches its time limit before it finishes returns its generation to your account automatically. A retry or credit is not imposed in place of a cash remedy to which you are legally entitled. Confirmed duplicate charges and overcharges are corrected; unauthorized transactions are investigated through the applicable payment process.

9.4 Requesting and calculating a remedy

Contact [email protected] with your account email, order or invoice reference, the affected job reference if available, and a description of the issue. These details help our investigation; missing a job reference does not invalidate an otherwise identifiable legal claim. Do not send passwords or complete payment-card details. We assess payment, consent and delivery records together with your explanation and evidence, and explain our decision.

Any monetary adjustment is based on the amount actually paid for the affected purchase, accounting for its discount, applicable tax and any earlier refund. We do not calculate it from a higher undiscounted price or deduct provider expenses from a statutory refund where the law does not permit that deduction. The same charge cannot be refunded twice; credits corresponding to a refunded purchase may be removed to prevent duplicate recovery.

Refunds normally return to the original payment method. A different method requires your express agreement and verification, without an additional refund fee. Refunds required by law are made within the applicable statutory deadline, regardless of our internal approval process. For EU consumer withdrawal and qualifying digital-content termination or price-reduction claims, this is generally no later than 14 days from the relevant notice. Your bank may take additional time to display the transfer.

10. Consumer Withdrawal Rights

Mandatory consumer rights take precedence over sections 6–9. Eligible EU and EEA consumers generally have 14 days from concluding an online service or digital-content contract to withdraw without giving a reason, subject to lawful exceptions and any extension required when withdrawal information was not properly supplied.

For paid digital content delivered without a physical medium, withdrawal rights end on the start of supply only where all legal conditions are satisfied, including your prior express consent, acknowledgement of losing that right and the required contract confirmation on a durable medium, such as email. General acceptance of these terms or ordinary use alone is not a substitute for that consent.

For a service, early performance requires your express request. Withdrawal rights end only after full performance and the required consent and acknowledgement. A legally permitted proportionate amount for service already supplied may be due if you withdraw earlier. Completing one animation does not fully perform an ongoing annual subscription.

To withdraw, send a clear statement to our registered address or [email protected] before the deadline. You may use the optional notice below or another lawful method. You do not need our permission to give timely notice. We confirm receipt by email.

Optional withdrawal notice

To: Silver Queen Ltd., at the registered address in section 1, or [email protected]. I am withdrawing from my contract for [service or purchase], ordered on [date], reference [order number, if available]. My name: [name]. My address: [address]. My account email: [email]. Date: [date]. Signature: [only for a paper notice].

Statutory rights concerning missing or defective digital content and services remain available after a change-of-mind withdrawal period has ended. Depending on the issue and applicable law, these include correction, proportionate price reduction or termination with reimbursement. Using or downloading an animation does not waive those rights. Consumers elsewhere retain the mandatory protections of their applicable law.

11. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, you may contact [email protected] so we can investigate promptly. This is not a condition for contacting your payment provider, regulator or a court, and does not extend their deadlines. We may submit relevant account records, checkout records, subscription records, usage logs, AI generation logs, export logs, share logs, access logs, communications, the accepted terms version and the refund policy as evidence in response to a payment dispute, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Our logs are evidence, not a conclusive determination against you. We do not penalize good-faith disputes or statutory complaints merely because they are made.

Filing a false, misleading or abusive payment dispute after receiving the paid digital service may result in suspension or termination of your account, collection of amounts owed and restriction of future access, to the extent permitted by law.

12. Taxes and Payment Processor

The payable total, currency and applicable taxes are disclosed before you place a paid order, including tax-inclusive information where required. Payment-provider rules may apply to payment processing but do not replace our contractual duties or your mandatory rights. Your bank may charge its own disclosed currency-conversion or transaction fees.

13. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, non-payment, suspected fraud, abusive chargebacks, unlawful use, security risks or to protect the platform, other users or third parties.

14. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that the service, AI outputs, exports, shared scenes, integrations or generated content will be uninterrupted, error free, scientifically accurate, publication ready, regulatorily compliant or suitable for your particular needs.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Animiotics will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or business interruption arising from or related to your use of the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for claims arising from the service is limited to the amounts you paid to Animiotics for the service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

These exclusions and limits do not restrict liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud, intentional misconduct, applicable liability for death or personal injury, or mandatory consumer remedies. They do not cap a refund required under sections 9 and 10. An unfair or unenforceable term will not be applied against a consumer.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms with a new version date and advance notice of material changes to existing paid contracts. Changes apply prospectively and do not remove accrued claims, rewrite a completed purchase or retrospectively create consent. Where law requires acceptance or a right to terminate, we will obtain that acceptance or provide that right.

17. Contact

For terms, billing, cancellation, withdrawal or refund matters, contact Silver Queen Ltd. at [email protected] or by post at 156 Cherni Vrah, floor 3, apartment 9, Triaditsa district, Sofia 1407, Bulgaria. Company registration number (EIK): 206290637.

18. Applicable Law and Complaints

Bulgarian law governs these terms, without depriving consumers of mandatory protection under the law that otherwise applies in their country of habitual residence. Jurisdiction is determined by applicable law; these terms do not require consumers to give up a competent court or their right to bring a claim.

Consumers may contact the Bulgarian Commission for Consumer Protection (kzp.bg) or their local consumer authority and pursue available dispute-resolution procedures. Support review is intended to resolve issues promptly and does not prevent those remedies.
